We hope you are happy with your Luxury Gift Box by Kreative Kreations by Kitorah. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send an email to us and we will do our best to fix the problem. Please see below for more information on our current return/refund/replacement policy.

Returns

ALL SALES FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO REACH OUT BY EMAIL AND ON THE WEBSITE. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR ORDER NEED TO BE PRESENTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY INCLUDING YOUR EMAIL, ORDER NUMBER AND DETAIL OF THE ISSUE. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

All “complaints” must be addressed/ postmarked within _7__ days of the purchase date.

 ALSO, DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OF ANY PRODUCTS. WE WILL NOT BE EXCHANGING ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS AT THIS TIME. WE THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

To discuss and unsatisfactory item, please email customer service at kitorahcreates@gmail.com to obtain a resolution. We work diligently to provide amazing products that you will love and that Kreations by Kitorah can proudly stand behind.

Refunds

 After receiving your email and after review of the condition of your item, after deeming request satisfactory, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow at least __7__ days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, bank, or financial institution.

We will notify you by email when your refund or replacement has been processed or sent.

EXCEPTIONS 

NO ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AND THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT K.K.B.K HAS TO CUSTOMERS, BUSINESS AND MY FAMILY TO REDUCE CONTAMINATION.
